Personally, I never boycotted French products. I think boycotts are usually a liberal kinda thing.
"Send a message!" Phooey. If I want to send a message, I use email or the telephone. I have no problem with French food, nor with the French who produce it, as a group. Boycotting, in this case, is just the wrong mentality, IMO.

Boycotting, in this case, is just the wrong mentality, No, it sent the perfect message to a people who care more about money than security or friendship not to mention that they were willing to leave those people wallowing under Saddam for ever as long as the money kept flowing.
Writing a note that will never be read would do nothing, but this boycott has.

It's called a free market. I can decide what to buy, from whom I buy and how much I am willing to pay. Sometimes I send a message by my decisions. Deal with it.
