So did the Danes, and it sure hasn't earned them much respect...I hope the Poles will be a little more lucky - but frankly, they haven't even been given the visa-free access to the USA they were lobbying for.

What is your argument here? The Poles don't really like us? They are just sending their troops into battle to get better visa opportunities? Is it just for their interests to immigrate to this country. Examine your premise, you are making a poor point.
