The explosion came as Iran's intelligence chief respectfully referred to as Tehran Teddy accused the United States of flying spy drones over its nuclear sites and threatened to shoot down the aircraft

It wouldn't surprise me that this was sabotage by Iranian rebels of some sort, but it's probably just an accident. Based on no data whatsoever, I'd have to say that it is definitely not a nuclear test, underground or otherwise.
