You obviously don't know a thing about me and haven't ever taken the time to actually read what I post.I've often talked about my admiration for the OLD Bob Grant shows.I was listening to him when you were in diapers.:-)

Grant is now a pathetic shadow of his former self and has lost just about ALL of his old,faithful listeners.I can't listen to him anymore and haven't since a little while after he left WABC.He was browbeaten and torn down,which turned him into what he is today,which isn't much.

O'Reilly is dreadful and I NEVER listen to him on the radio and only watch him sometimes,as I did tonight,when a fellow FREEPER is on and when he was tearing into Ward Churchill.

Savage is a fraud,a sicko,and a blowhard. He only seems to attack people who enjoy listening to a wild man off his meds,or acting like a wild man as shtick.That says all one needs to know about you.

Savage isn't a Conservative at all.He's a sideshow GEEK,who verbally bits the heads off chickens.

I definitely don't know a lot about you. I've read quite a few of your posts over the years. If I recall, you're a midwestern woman with grown children. Old fashioned values. I might have thought Grant was a little too gruff for you.

We definitely agree on O'Reilly. I can't take the guy at all. Not for 30 seconds.

Did you mean "attack" or "attract"? I would definitely say I enjoy listening to someone acting like a wild man as schtick. Paul McCartney singing "Helter Skelter" comes to mind, or "Long Tall Sally."

I'm not sure if Savage is a fraud, because I am not sure in what way you think he is defrauding people. Nothing jumps to my mind, but then I just listen occasionally while I'm driving home.

I think he's much more intersting to listen to than Hannity or Levin, who merely tell the audience what it already thinks it knows. Savage expresses himself. Is he a blowhard? Well, I guess you have to be to talk into a microphone for hours at a time for a living. So yeah. He's a blowhard. Sicko? I don't know. I'm not a doctor.

I listened to Savage a grand total of one time. Maybe I didn't give him a fair shot, but based on what I heard for the few minutes I listened, I have to say I agree with you.

I only listen to Sean in the car. (I put around 400 miles on my car last year, so that gives you an idea of how much time I spend in the car.) I'm a Rush 24/7 person, so that I can catch him anytime. Last I knew, I could listen to Sean anytime for free, but he seldom says anything that's worth the time. He's nice and somewhat entertaining, but nothing special.

I guess I should make that "was nice." I listened to the mp3 of his segment today. I gave him more of a chance than I've given Savage. I listened to the mp3 twice. It's too bad Sean chose to bash FR in an effort to get people to his Forum. Evidently Colmes has rubbed off on him and Sean is now a member of the "bash the other guy to push your agenda" crowd.
