"Private accounts for Social Security are dead in the water;"
"The Federal Marriage Amendment is dead, dead, dead..."
"Air America is not half bad to listen to;"
"The Gang reaffirmed that while everything it believes to be true is in fact true..."
And they know that FR is a blog.
Their knowledge is...just...unfathomable.
Of course, none of this affects their output in the least.

I don't think it is a putdown, but I think they have the wrong idea on what FR is. FR is a forum, not a blog. As I understand it, a blog is a journal written by a personality for others to read, while forums are more interactive and enable an almost unlimited number of people to communicate back and forth.Excellent analysis. It also represents the constituencies; the Democrats want to speak for "lesser", "quite" people who they perceive as not being equal whereas the Republicans are a party of FREEDOM-RESPONSIBILITY where people in society are more or less equal.

"I don't think it is a putdown, but I think they have the wrong idea on what FR is. FR is a forum, not a blog."IMO, they're using "blog" to convince themselves that 80,000 conservatives, sick to death of being lied to by the media, are harmless crackpots (we're giving them nightmares) AND to redefine us as something they think the FCC will regulate (they're after alleged "blogs" that illegally coordinated to political campaigns)

Here's a vote for FReeper over Blogger.
Maybe we should put this up for a vote on the main page? Wonder how that's done?

Right, FR is not a blog, but I find Kos more of a forum as well. (Remember, these are media types - they haven't quite figured out the whole 'internet' thing yet.)

Okay, so I'll ask.......what is Kos?I study left-wing blogs everyday. They are simple---one person manages the complaints against America (Republicans) and never ever mentions what they would do. Furthermore, the will of that one person is the authority figure and the "King" of the Blog. It represents why we rebelled against England and why our model of governance has been adopted worldwide.

Daily Kos is a blog from some Howard Dean ass-kisser who actively cheers on the "Insurgents" in Iraq.
Typical, left wing hate site.

I think FReeper says it all.
Blogger groups us with too many others and we're s-p-e-c-i-a-l.
Despite what primary Teachers say, not everyone is s-p-e-c-i-a-l.

I dunno, I view FR as my blog and the rest of you are just supporting staff.
