Yes, you're right, notice it wasn't too long after the Immigration Act of 1965 (sponsored by Robert Kennedy) was signed into law the Roe v. Wade case was decided where the baby had his God-given rights and protections under the Constitution taken away from him enabling him to be slaughtered.  And in the SAME YEAR the Endangered Species Act was passed where trees, spotted owls, turtle eggs, pond scum, brine shrimp, spiders, fish, etc. were given federal and state protection. It's called sustainable development, a euphemism for abortion, population control, environmentalism, etc.
