I believe it is a C-130 designed to jam heat seeking missles with the heat/light show. The after effect is amazing in that it looks like Angel Wings.

My Dad and I always watched MI together.
Plot twists were always keeping us guessing.
I've run across In Step With Ft Riley several times. And I saw the deployment ceremony. And the Mounted guys getting ready for the Inaugural Parade was really interesting.

These are our youngest....
They were born two weeks after their poor lil momma showed up on our doorstep half-starved. These "heatherns" lil sweeties will be 6 mos. old Thursday.
