Let's see- a 19-year-old woman, making very ADULT choices (albeit WRONG choices), which she knows to be contrary to her parent's wishes. Sounds like she pronounced herself independent of her parents. Her parents are just actualizing her decision.

I enjoy seeing Keyes in this position, too. I shouldn't, but I do. The man has always struck me as a self-righteous megalomaniac.
