I have a NY CCW for cause - 2 judges had to sign for it. That's amazing about the 2 judges. Never heard such a thing. You mean NY doesn't trust one judge to do the right thing? Needs a comrade to check his work? You'd think it was a MIRVed ICBM you had applied for.
