At no point in the sniper case did Chief Moose or anyone else from the police state the suspects were white or they were looking for white men.
This is a classic example of people misremembering facts to fit the axes they're grinding.
There were about fifty billion "experts" the various news channels were dragging on TV who were talking about the perpetrators likely being white...but these were all people unconnected with the case.
I'll never forget that. Then we later find out witnesses knew they were black. Like that wouldn't have helped save lives. Sheesh.
