When did selling paraphernalia on the net become illegal?.

When the War On (non-government-approved) Drugs brigade thought they could get free publicity by locking up Tommy Chong.

That's pretty sad if that's all there is to this story. What a wonderful use of federal resources, railroad Tommy Chong and lock him up for selling something I can go buy legally at any number of places in smalltown USA.
