Now this one needs discussion...on the one hand, a Democrat Governor is asking for an expansion of Federal spending. OTOH, the federal government has said they are going decrease what they spend to secure our border with a less than friendly nation. Which side is right, here? If States' Rights were seriously regarded we wouldn't have so many of these lose-lose choices.
By the way - why aren't we banned yet? I hear it's the latest rage.
