yeah give CNN some credit in that we can imagine that resignation was not voluntary, they get no credit however for not covering the story at all until now, nor paying attention to what their executives are telling international audiences....or maybe they know as had been alleged that CNN International is purposely positioning itself as the anti American Al Jazeera equivalent overseas...
now Joe Scarborough said something interesting when he called for Eason to resign or be fired on Tuesday night I believe, he said that CNN had just hired a new boss and that he was making decisions going in the right direction to improve the credibility of CNN (big job huh) so Joe suggested this executive, whose name escapes me, should continue his good work and make sure Eason is fired
at least CNN acted with the speed of light compared to CBS, I mean except Mapes, are the other three officially fired or resigned yet?
They should have tossed Eason Jordan out the door back in 2003 when Jordan made that admission about how the CNN bureau in Baghdad worked.
