Getting rid of the moderate voices is counter-productive. Many of the trolls and sleepers have personnae as ultra-conseratives. There are long-time moderates here who are known to all of us and I have no problem with trusting them.

However, when some newbie starts spouting every conservative catch phrase in one paragraph, I become a tad suspicious...especially when those types try to get us to make phone calls, send insulting e-mails, etc.

It is helpful to realize that there are people on this forum who WANT to make the forum look like a bunch of creeps, and so post racist or otherwise incendiary posts.

At any rate, another rule should be not to let anyone stampede us into doing something we wouldn't normally do.
