No, I pretty much never stop. Either I get my teeth kicked in or I get somebody elses teeth kicked in. Depends on the factors outside my control. Thank you all for reading my "personal tidbits" - I shall leave you alone now. Apparetntly (and according to Hoyle) I don't fit this mold. Sorry I wasted your time. If you weren't here reading my rubbish you'd be back in your backyard completing that massive bridge you started yesterday morning. But let this be my parting post - I chose to zap (zoom, zip, zang) myself by myself (although I may not get proper burrial rights since suicide is one of the cardinal sins).

Actually it's a .50 cal machinegun. Normally the UH-1 carried the M60 7.62 machinegun. We had a pilot in our unit who was a little on the wild side went out and scrounged some groundpounder 50's and mounted them to his aircraft but discovered they vibrated rivets loose. He solved the problem by trading those to the Navy for some aircraft 50's. We wound up with 4 of them, 2 mounted on 2 aircraft. They really sounded sweet on the way into a hot LZ.

There are a couple of very cool (well, I think so) vid clips of helicopters in action (gatlinggun and apache kills). Amazing firepower!

I didn't even know it was called "a trigger" when I pulled it. I thought it was a tiger I was pulling, not a "trigger". Yes I do realize that. At my age, I am indeed embarassed - yes I too would like to stay out of jail but if in your infinite wisdom you think the jail will benefit from my presence (If I may interject a thought of Winston Chruchill? "I think that I got more out of liquor than liquor got out of me.") I'll be right off. What's the dress code for jails these days? Is being 15 minutes "fashionably late" acceptable or not? Do I bring flowers or wine to the hosts? Is there valet parking there, or do I have to walk from the nearest McDonald's? I really don't want to take up any more of your valuable time - I'm sure you have others to send to the gallows as well, so I'll just thank you and be on my way - I'll figure it out, I'm not as dumb as I look - this look took me years to create (including the beer belly). Doc, no offense, but when one espouses how brilliant they are, shouldn't they use the right form of the word "then?" I know you are a comparitive sociology guy, or whatever, but that doesn't mean you always have to use the comparative form of than/then. Thanks.
