I am a little late to this case, and I know there is tons of information involved.
However, I thought I heard that a court cleared the husband of any wrong doing in Terri's accident, is this true?
How exactly does he expalin her trauma??
"However, I thought I heard that a court cleared the husband of any wrong doing in Terri's accident, is this true?"
As far as I know there has never been a court case looking into her abuse. Her parents weren't aware of any abuse at the time of her "collapse" and she did not tell them she was thinking seriously about a divorce. She did tell her friends though and the girlfriend she had gone out with the night of the collapse warned her about going home.
Michael had a lawsuit against the doctors for failing to diagnose Terri correctly. He won the lawsuit, but later, the doctor was cleared of any wrong doing by a medical board. The doctor asked the state to look into Terri's case but the results of any investigation have conveniently disappeared.
A court never cleared Michael of abuse, because he's never been brought before a court to answer charges. The court cases are related to the Schindler's trying to stop their daughter from being starved and dehydrated to death and to allow her brother to be Terri's guardian, since Michael has willlfully ignored the law on guardianship responsibilities. They have also gone to court to see Terri's medical records, and request better treatment of Terri.
Judge Greer will not hold the husband accountable to comply with the laws for guardiaship. For example, Michael refuses to file required annual guardianship papers and Greer ignores the fact that Michael continually refuses to follow this Florida law.
I'd love to know where you heard that because as far as we can tell it's never even been investigated, never mind going to trial over it.
That's just one of many lies told by/through MSM. Stick around, and we can probably get you up to speed on a few other things.
