I always cringe when I see any woman with children who has a new 'beau'.

Unfortunately you are so right. I could write a book on some of the horrors stepfathers and live in boyfriends of stupid desperate women inflicted on the children.
Yuck! If for some reason my husband and I were no longer married (divorced, or worse, God forbid) I would be terrified to date anyone for fear of the weirdos. :( I've got (or will have soon) five boys!
