Just goes to show that Canada still has hope.
"I don't want Kerry thrown out of the Senate....and I believe Rush does not either."
IF Rush is REALLY a conservative he has no choice.
U.S. Constitution Amendment XIV
Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States,
shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Can anyone say "Duh"?!?! They've sold tens of millions of records and have sold out countless concerts around the world, including the one I saw last summer in Virginia Beach, which was one of the greatest shows I've seen. Of course they should be treated like rock stars!
"When does Rush talk to Kerry that he could ask him these questions?"
Since when does Rush have to talk to Kerry?
Did Michael Moore ever speak to President Bush?
When you are walking down a crowded sidewalk and notice that everyone in front of you is stepping around a big pile of dog poo, do you intentionally step in it?
i also love roger hedgecock. not to the exclusion of rush. nevertheless.........
Read and learn
Hanoi Kerry was still a USNR officer while he:
gave false hearsay testimony to Congress
negotiated with the enemy
helped the US lose a war
abetted in the deaths of millions
created a hostile environment for all servicemen
Hanoi Kerry Timeline of a traitor
includes FBI files

No! Rush had Chris Matthews on as guest host once. [*LOL*]
$40 ?? Then he ain't no rockstar!!! $40 won't even get you the warm-up acts these days....
Sorry, I just noticed Post #78.
Anyway, my comment was directed at Newsmax, even though you are the one who posted it. You needn't feel compelled to defend them against the odd rhetorical comment to them via a post to you.

I saw Rush years ago at the Raleigh's Memorial Auditorium back when he was still doing the "Rush to Excellance" tour. Had to be in '88 or '89.
It was the real hot ticket of the time.
We sat in the third row behind Carter Wrenn and others of Jesse Helms re-election helpers.
Oddly enough, I was a bit disappointed. I was expecting some greater truth, secret knowledge, etc.
It was mostly a recap of his first book along with a few jokes too risque for radio. All in all, a great evening!
I think he is also developing nicely----and becoming better and better all the time.
Geddy Lee supported Gore in 2000.
RUSH is RIGHT AGAIN when he talks about the border. Something very, very bad is gonna happen if that isnt sealed up!
"But hey Kerry is toast politically give it a rest."
I will, as soon as he's out of the US Senate.
I believe in upholdong the law of the land.

100% agreement. I enjoy him nearly as much as I enjoy Rush, though I'm sure I wouldn't enjoy listening to him day in and day out as I do Rush. The thing about the other fill-in hosts is that they're just lesser versions of Rush. But Walter Williams is his own thing. He has a technical expertise that Rush doesn't have, so he kind of fills a void. He's like an essential nutrient that you need every so often that Rush doesn't supply.
After that, I'd say Roger Hedgecock is the best, but he's a step down, and it's a pretty steep rolloff from there.
Bottom line is that Rush is irreplaceable. I don't what we're going to do when he's gone.
Beat me to it. :) That's probably why Rush uses him. He makes you want Rush back.
