I worked for the RNC for three cycles and now have my own firm where I consult for conservative candidates and organizations. I specialize in voter targeting but provide a wide variety of other services as well. I also work for another firm that specializes in redistricting and election administration.

Unfortunately I am too busy to read the entirety of your webpage to find out exactly what you do or have done. It just seems incredibly unproductive in terms of achieving your goal - regardless of casting a judgement on your actual goal.

A Call to Arms
February 14, 2005

Dear Everyone,

First, let me say thank you so much for all the support you have given
our crusade. The letters and 180s are pouring in, and we can't add
people to the Action list fast enough to keep up with the new requests!
Reading the comments on the letters and petitions, I see that we are all
in one accord, one mindset. Everyone seems to agree that Kerry must be
removed from the Senate and that he is a disgrace to our great country.
We are gathering momentum and supporters literally every hour!

All of you, our supporters, are hereby being deputized. You have
already sworn in with your petitions, your letters, and your adamant
feelings about this cause. Now it is time for us to work up the ladder.
Here is what we need you to do:

Call your local radio talk show. Ask them if you can give an interview
over the air to discuss the Flood-Kerry-with-180s-campaign. Let them
know how we feel, why we feel it, and what we are doing about it. Be
sure to announce the web address http://www.KerrysTreason.com
where listeners
can go to download the 180 and send it to Senator Kerry. If you are
squeamish about giving an interview on the radio, just set up the
interview and one of our national spokespeople can call in and give the
interview. Just email us at admin@kerrystreason.com with the subject
line “Radio Interview”. Please do give us at least several days advance
notice.

Once enough talk shows host the topic, larger talk shows will pick up
the message, and we will work up the ladder from there. I am told this
is exactly how the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth started getting their
message out.

Also, please write a letter to the editor of all your local newspapers.
Again, be sure to mention the web address and the call for all Americans
to send Kerry the 180.

Again, thank you for your support. We WILL win this war!

I was there the same time Kerry was.
I was there Oct'68-Apr'69 on the destroyer USS Corry DD-817

which sometime supplied PCF's and PBR's

and provided gunfire and gunfire support
in North AND South Viet Nam.

My ship may have even supplied
Kerry's boat in the Mekong Delta

Although there are many similarities between naval gunfire support
and Operation Sea Dragon (which ended Nov '68), they differ in two important areas:
naval gunfire support is normally fired at the request of troops ashore,
while Sea Dragon's mission is the interdiction of supplies and destruction
of military targets; and naval gunfire support is always conducted in South Vietnam,
while Sea Dragon missions are fired only above the demilitarized zone.

29 US Navy ships received gunfire from Viet Cong shore batteries.
My ship DID NOT get hit by the VC.

In Feb '69 my ship was part of Operation Bold Mariner
which was the largest amphibious assault since Korea.

Kerry calls for 40,000 more troops, more help for military families

Kerry said he plans to file legislation to increase the size of the military by 40,000 - 30,000 in the Army and 10,000 in the Marines - to help support the country's efforts in Iraq and the larger war on terrorism.

He also said the country needs to do more to help families of those serving in the military, from boosting death benefits to extending psychiatric care to veterans returning from Iraq.

"The war in Iraq proved that a lightening-fast, high-tech force can smash an opposing army and drive to Baghdad in three weeks. But there is no substitute for a well-trained and equipped infantry to win the peace," Kerry said in remarks prepared for delivery Monday at an annual ceremony sponsored by the Telegram & Gazette of Worcester.

One program being pushed by Kerry would allow families of veterans killed in combat to remain in military housing for up to year. Currently, families must move out of the housing after 180 days.

The Massachusetts Democrat also said the country needs to do more to support businesses whose employees are called up for service. He is pushing a small business tax credit for businesses who make up the difference in lost wages for reservists.

Other recommendations include:

- Extending military health insurance for all members of the National Guard and Reserve, whether mobilized or not;

- Expanding post-traumatic stress disorder services to all veterans who need them;

- Boosting to $500,000 the amount of money a family can receive if their loved one is killed in service;

- Creating a line on federal tax forms to allow contributions to a fund to help wounded veterans.

"Our obligation is to keep faith with the men and women of the American military and their families," Kerry said.

Kerry also used the speech to renew his criticism of the Bush administration, saying it underestimated the level of resistance facing the military after it toppled Saddam Hussein.

Kerry has made some of the same recommendations in the past. During his campaign for president, Kerry also called for an increase in troops, saying the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan had strained the military.
