Pity. What is right for thee but not for me. Thanks so much.

Nope. What was WRONG for me is fine for you. Just don't bring me along for the ride.

I want you and anyone who is in your situation to have all
of the freedom that you seem to wish to impose on others.

I want to open a BBQ restaurant for smokers only.

That is right, lots of smoke and lots of pork fat.

I am only going around once in this life and I intend to
enjoy every minute of it.

However, I do wish to exclude you, not because I don't like
you or anyone else. I only want folk that agree.

No filtered space for nonsmokers. No special menu for non
pork fat eaters. What the hell, I like it and there are
enough others out there that do to so I see no reason to
include you.

So you assert that you are being taken for a ride which you do not choose. That would make it kidnapping. A crime. But I know you didn't mean it that way. What you did intend is for government to imitate force against a person/business causing the business a loss. The government and you that supports the initiation of force against the person/business should pay out of your pocket for the business' loss.

Forcing every taxpayer to pay to have government initiate force against persons and businesses. Isn't that special -- NOT!!
