Reading carefully, the British Amb never said we handed anyone over to be boiled. He just said we turned a prisoner over to a country which supposedly did this to somebody. The water boarding has been done by Americans and the article never says it was done after we turned a prisoner over to Saudi Arabia.

You get a little perspective if you remember all the times we have demanded that someone caught elsewhere be handed over to the USA.
