Here's a question for you ACLU members: is the US Constitution "unconstitutional" because at there very end it has written "In the year of OUR LORD?"

SAN FRANCISCO-The federal appeals court that ruled the Pledge of Allegiance was an unconstitutional endorsement of religion is being sued for allegedly displaying the Ten Commandments on its seal and courthouse.
The case was brought by an attorney who was admintted to practice before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in June. In his lawsuit against the San Francisco-based court, Ryan Donlon said the certificate admitting him contains the court's seal which unlawfully contains what he believes is a tablet object representing the Ten Commandments.

This does appear fraught with humor, but it is only a matter of when, not whether the Anti-Christian Litigants'Union (ACLU) will target the symbols of Christianity that adorn the U. S. Supreme Court Building.

Those tablets in the seal seem pretty clearly to me to be a representation of the Ten Commandments. Maybe the court will have to rule itself unconstitutional and go out of business.

Don't count on it. The 9th Circuit is the most liberal in the country. That seal will be changed to a rainbow or smurf before the summer is over.
A smurf would be a great symbol for the Ninth. Don't give them any ideas.
This young man obviously wants to make a name for himself so that he too can someday be a justice on the 9th Circus.
