Officers searched his residence at 313 N. Third St. and found an SKS assault rifle under his pillow along with two loaded 30-round magazines. An SKS is not an assault rifle, not even close.
Never mind the rifle, I'm glad to have the criminal scum off the street.

I am surprised to hear that the local police bothered with an immigration bust, though, I keep hearing that that isn't a high priority for a lot of local law enforcement around the country...
