I read about a similar thing on Little Green Footballs a few weeks ago. Only in that case it was Israelis being accused of stealing the eyes out of Palestinian children.

You're probably referring to "Zahra's Blue Eyes", and Iranian TV series.  MEMRI TV has been posting excerpts from that as well....it's astonishingly anti-Semitic and amateurishly done, but it's important to remember that it has the full backing of the Iranian government.  You can probably find translated clips from it quite easily by searching the MEMRI TV site.
