I'd let the CA Air National Guard use the fleeing vehicle for target practice...

The main thing I miss about living in SoCal: the daily car chase on KCAL!
LAPD, Orange County Sheriff, CHP all arguing whose pursuit it is....
Trial lawyers have put an end to most of those as it is.
Agreed. Too many innocents are killed by fleeing criminals. I have been on the scene after a chase (7 blocks) where two 15 year olds killed an elderly lady.
No sympathy at all for the criminals fleeing.
