Why would any modern construction site in the US not have a good security system? Armed guards, sensors, infa red cameras etc? Preferably armed guards with .308's with night scopes.

You rang? My .308cal Class III AR-10s — silencers, full-auto — are ready and waiting for a call from the FBI. Leupold Glass and laser round it out, nicely. I routinely shoot 9-10x rings at 900yds.
