"I'm going to sit down with them and make sure that they are clear and I am clear as to what is in the record and what isn't in the record and we'll put it out," he told "Meet the Press" host Tim Russert. Is the Senator going to TELL the Navy what "is" in the record?
Does it again depend on the definition of "is"?

If he ever signs form 180, he won't be "puting it out". It will be come public information available thru freedom of information act (FOIA) requests. I can'r see him EVER doing that, since he won't control the information in the file.

I'm going to sit down with them and make sure that...I am clear as to what is in the record and what isn't in the record That single statement is damning. He's obviously got something to hide. Someone who's served honorably doesn't give a rat's arse what's in or not in the record, because it's all reflective of honorable service.
