We still pick up brooms trying to fly under the FR radar, Hillary.

She always has that blank look in her eyes. Like she is zoning out.

Note who she is traveling with in this story.....Kerry & Obama.....
To: anniegetyourgun
Clinton said Bush wants to "block grant" Medicaid. That would limit federal dollars to the states.Oh, the horror! Limiting spending on welfare!

Yeah, yeah, the mean, evil Republicans are going to take away medicare, medicade, social security, all your food, water, and medicine, they're going to shut off your heat, and gas everyone's puppy.
To: anniegetyourgun
Hitlery is still trying to flog that complete fiasco she made of the Medicare overhaul into some sort of highlight on her resume as if her complete screw up of the file has turned her into some sort of an expert on the subject.
Typical Dem thinking: It's not the results which matter, only that you were well intentioned.
To: finnigan2
No, no, no....don't you get it? The liberal writer here tells us that her failures were only due to distortions and filibustering by R's.....

Interestingly, often block granted funds don't get fully expended and are returned to the treasury, unlike appropriated funds distributed from DC.
Wonder why?

Part of the reason that health care costs so much is the partial socialization of it already.
Throw huge sums of "free" money on the table and it will get picked up.
Repeat visits for check ups that do nothing but ring the cash register.Add to that the liability and the whole affair becomes a monster.
At this point NY states family/child health plus covers mental health. This is proposed to be eliminated but talk about an open check book to an unscrupulous person.
Reign in the go to the doctor at the drop of a hat because it`s paid for mentality and you would see costs come down.
