Well, for what it is worth, I think that Chavez is in the middle of a crack up. I don't know what that means in the long term as far as how that impacts our supplies, but I doubt that he last much more than a few years.
I hope you're right. One of the things that bothers me, however, is how much support he's getting from European countries, particularly Spain under its raving Socialist PM, Zapatero.
