For some historical background link to http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/1335495/posts
Don't blow me off too fast. I am pretty up to speed on my radical (alleged) Indian groups and their activities.
I like Snapple - it's yummy.

One investigator addressed the lack of footprints that night. I forget his name but he's on one of the shows about the case on A & E or the History channel.
What you interpret as lack of cooperation from the Ramseys might be their lawyer's advice so that they wouldn't be railroaded into jail. Come on, we all know or have heard about or seen on court cases shown on TV, corrupt or incompetent police, FBI, and forensic scientists.
It was my understanding that they couldn't prove the note was written by Patsy but they couldn't count it out although they could count out John Ramsey as having written it.
Thanks for an interesting post.

Here is a link to a book too.
The person who wrote the preface is named Glenn T. Morris.
He is something--I kind of forget. I will check.
PERIOD.
Glenn T. Morris, who wrote that quote in Ward Churchill's book, is one of the heads of Colorado AIM--or he has been in the past. I don't know if he still is.
He may also be head of a department at Boulder but I am not sure about that. I was/still is big in Colorado AIM. That I am sure of.
Here is the link to Colorado Denver and Boulder AIM

Some AIM groups have disowned Ward Churchill and claim he is not in AIM. This is because AIM schisms like communist parties. They all claim to be "the one true AIM."
Then they all "dis" each other FBI operatives.
They are very paranoid.

Here is where AIM gets its lawyers. All the radical groups.
Notice the Lawyer's Guild.
I didn't know that but, just as in the Peterson Circus where there was an attempted break in close by, these 'related' events are spun to create just that sliver of doubt in the mind of a juror. I just can't think of anyone besides the parent's that could have done it but, I don't know them, wasn't there, certainly don't have/know all the facts and have viewed it through the unavoidable prism of the Media so this opinion is FWIW.
Unless this investigator used common sense (The lack of footprints and the ransom note being in Patsy's handwriting means the story of there being an outside intruder is false), anything he said means absolute squat to those capable of rational thought.
What you interpret as lack of cooperation from the Ramseys might be their lawyer's advice so that they wouldn't be railroaded into jail.
What baloney. If you are accused of something you did not do, you do whatever it takes to prove you are innocent. You don't promptly leave the state and then demand any and all questions investigators may ask be posed in advance, in writing. That might work in a parallel world, but we are not living on one and neither are they.
It was my understanding that they couldn't prove the note was written by Patsy but they couldn't count it out although they could count out John Ramsey as having written it.
Another load of nonsense. An independent handwriting expert concluded the writing on the note almost definitively matched Patsy's. I cannot believe you did not hear about this. I am sure you know how to read a newspaper.
This link from Google Group alt.native, pretty well ties up the muslim/communist connection to Peltier.
Ramsey was my search word, used within the above group.
I did not check it all, but a couple pages gave me Scott Ritter and Ramsey Clark, so there will be more there.

Guess where they buried Jon Benet? It wasn't in CO.
I already explained that, she was trying to draw attention away from the son. JonBennet was Patsy's life, she would sooner have chopped off her own leg than kill the girl. If the father had done it Patsy would have probably turned on him but not the son. He was her last remaining child no matter what he had done she had to protect him. Either that or it WAS a stranger or someone who stayed on after the Christmas party.
They were from Georgia. That's where they had friends and roots. They had only lived in Boulder a few years.
They went out to a party that night. They didn't have a party; they were leaving the next morning for a cruise and Disneyworld.
Someone could have entered the house.
I would be very careful of so-called "evidence" in the media since some of it was coming from Lee Hill, who is wanted for a felony.
