That "investigation" by those two lackeys, Thornburgh and the other clown, really helped CBS diffuse the situation didn't it? LOL, it was like throwing kerosene on the fire because it was such an obvious whitewash job. "Can't say for sure that the documents were fake and there's no evidence of partisanship." Unreal.
Good riddance to CBS. I think the place is on its death bed.

and we should all be screaming at our DC reps to get on it!
We know, had the shoe been on the other foot - they'd already be in jail

John Stewart as anchor. That's a scary thought! Oh, yeah, *that'd* be the way for CBS to overcome their bias problem... </sarcasm>

The Chris Wallace story? Yep. Not an exact word for word transcript, but as close as I can remember.
Wallace finally knows Howie Carr's audience, in spite of being out of Boston, and syndicated mostly
in the North East, his audience is not liberal, except for a few liberal gadflies.
Wallace has since refined his banter while pitching "Sunday".
Won't give up the 411 on Dan from his father, though.

The FCC can't yank Fox's license, because Fox is cable, not broadcast.

Oh, man, that's classic. LOL.

Sorry, but this is still utter bullcrap. What Rather & co. did was to fabricate evidence in order to subvert a U.S. Presidental election.
Right on, after all this time we still do not know who wrote the memo's.

Harry has paid his dues at CBS and is probably bitter he was not asked to do the job. For some reason I never took this guy to seriously.

And since they are primarily news readers, what does "stupid" have to do with it? (Jon Stewart)Fairly easy to figure out if you have some idea of his status on the left. Don't worry about it.

I think Rather and his cohorts should be indicted for tampering with the election.

Did you happen to see Harry Smith's big boo boo, when he laughed at Newt G. not realizing he (Smith) was on camera? Harry disappeared from view for years after that. What a jerk!

Next thing you know, CBS will have a show called Crossfire and have Tucker Carlson and Jon Stewart face off on political news of the day, and have guests, and... "Jon, you ignorant slut!"

I recently came across a book titled "Who Killed CBS?" written in 1988. Rather has been a total hemorrhoid to the company his entire career.
He must have a safety deposit box full of some very interesting photos of very powerful people, not to have been canned years ago.
