Good morning, Snugs, from an ex-lurker but long time reader of the Dose. I enjoy your insights from the other side of the "pond." Usually no one is still online when I get up in the morning, but seems you are always on -- LOL. Do you ever sleep?

Hello thanks for your comments I usually look at the dose before I go to work so I suppose if I post then it looks as if I do not sleep LOL.

I truly feel blessed in finding the dose it has helped me through and still is helping during very trying and difficult days.

Your President and Vice President are true gentleman have great vision and are a wonderful example to us all I so wish we had people of this integrity in British politics.
