What I *still* want to know is.... why would a grown man want to wear a $100,000 (it was *70* grand yesterday...) necklace?

It's called freedom under capitalism. People are allowed to spend their money on things they want to buy.

Sometime before his rookie year, Giants' cornerback Will Allen had more than $100,000 worth of jewelry stolen during a holdup on a street somewhere.

For the life of me, I can't understand why anyone would carry that kind of asset around on their person.

It has sentimental value to him. One is in the shape of a pepper. This is what was told to me by a freeper who is in the know.
