akostenko, why don't you post this poll as its own separate thread and invite all freepers to vote. We need the help.

They fear having their beliefs questioned and will run rather than admit they are wrong. Very childish mentality.
Washington isn't perfect, no place is, but I believe it is getting better.. excluding the RAT holes.

I have a question...WHY are the pubs opting for a RE-VOTE when clearly the RATS cheated a win through the third recount?!! Why can't the judge just call the third recount illegitimate and give Rossi the win?
To: RoseofTexas
Rossi doesn't want it that way. He wants a revote or nothing.

Gregoire was entitled to a hand count. Anyone with half a brain realizes the democrats stole the election, but a revote is the only sure way to resolve all questions.

I am at King5.com and I can't find the link to streaming. I see the at the top of the page where they talk about live streaming video, but no link. Can you you please help?

Rossi has specifically ruled this legal strategy out. He knows that if he is anointed governor by the court, there will be as large a shadow over his governorship as Christine Gregoire has over hers now. "Selected, not elected," goes the mantra.
Rossi wants the revote because he knows he will win by a large enough margin for a mandate.

because when we win the REVOTE, noone can say the people didn't pick ROSSI.
if rossi wins by overturning the election by court order, the democrats would be able to whine for 3+ years....
but most polls show the people of WA state believe ROSSI won. and when the people are given a chance to have their voice heard on this... rossi will win by 5 to 10 points!

Changed header..
Live streaming video of the hearing will resume momentarily.

My guess isthat people aren't back from lunch yet. Just because the judge said they would like to start at 1:30 pm does not mean they will/did.

Despite the libs, there's no place more beautiful than the Evergreen State. True, and with the traffic jams one gets a chance to really slow down and enjoy the clear cut forests, the mindless housing tracts, the grey lightless winter days and the steady stream of Subaru's with Kerry bumpber stickers.
There are many beautiful places in this country. Don't start with the "most beautiful place" stuff.

As b-cubed suggests, this is like high stakes poker - all or nothing.
Rossi knows that anything less and he would have to live with the same "illegitimate" cloud that follows Fraudoire around ;'}
