I made Delta reservations this week - was next to impossible to understand the clerk. Finally I asked and she confirmed that she was in India.

I tried to make reservations on Delta last night, was on hold forever then I could not understand the agent- such a heavy accent. It was very annoying and I sent them an email telling them so.
