Appeal to who? The Socialist People's Supreme Court of Soviet Washington State???? They are all democrats. Think they would overturn another socialist's decision? I don't think so. This is not going to happen. Commissar Gregwurovich is now in charge down with the Supreme Soviet Legislature run by the Socialist Democrats. Governor Rossi might as well move to the Bahamas and form a Washington State Governor's office in Exile, because that is as close as he is going to get to being governor of our state.

No, they're not all democrats. Not by a long shot. While I'm not convinced that they have the stones to turn out a sitting Governor, I do think that the case will get a fair constitutional hearing.
