Rwanda = a country with the worst genocidal records in Africa history still has its soldiers and proxies killing millions across the border in the Congo and raping Congolese women, women just like our new and brilliant Secretary of State. Why don't we get rid of the current Rwanda's leadership (Mr. Kagame and his fellows) and put there a new leadership ! Please any "Max" something out there need not answer. I don't tolerate opposite opinions here !

Rwanda, yes. But France and the UN bear some of the responsibility. The Congo has been a killing ground, off and on, for as long as I can remember. Certainly back to the days of Patrice Lumumba.

France not only has stirred things up because of greed over mineral rights and the like, but France and other European nations trained that generation of African leaders in the virtues of Socialism.

Pol Pot was French educated, too.
