Apparently she never even made that statement in the first place. The police have arrested five mutants in this case, and the report today is that she actually said, "Did you get everything you wanted from us?" or something to that effect.

I know that one of the girls was 14. And she turned herself in, she also didn't pull the trigger.
poor judgment is a kid thing.
She shouldn't go to prison for hanging out with the wrong crowd.
However shooting a women dead, isn't. That guy should go to prison. I think he was 18. But even if he was 14 I'd say the same thing.

Apparently she never even made that statement in the first place.It was in the NY Post the day after the shooting, and I saw an eyewitness interview on WNYW FOX-5 NY on their morning news program Good Day New York.
