Just in case you thought that the horrors of Beslan had wrought in them a change of heart. Note also more testimony to the general uselessness of the "terrorist" designation. From the Times Online, with thanks to Jeff Norris:
THE Chechen rebel leader who masterminded the Beslan school siege last autumn plans more such operations, despite his apparent remorse over the deaths of more than 330 people — half of them children — in the North Ossetia attack.In his first interview since that bloodbath, Shamil Basayev says that he is in a state of shock over what happened, but blames the Russians for precipitating the bloody end of the siege. Mr Basayev, Russia’s most wanted man with a $10 million bounty on his head for numerous attacks, said he is willing to stand trial for his actions, but does not renounce his war with the Kremlin or attacks on Russian civilians....
The bearded 40-year-old warlord, believed to be hiding in the mountains of southern Chechnya, looks in good health, and speaks at length in Russian. He sits in front of a banner proclaiming in Arabic: “There is no God but Allah, and Mohammed is his prophet”. He wears a black T-shirt with ‘ANTI-TERROR’ written in white Cyrillic letters, and explains that he considers the Kremlin, not himself, the terrorists. He reads the questions from a laptop computer, and cradles what he describes as a six-barrelled grenade launcher, a trophy from a Russian base....
Mr Basayev states: “We are planning more Beslan-type operations in the future because we are forced to do so.”

Your comment is so true. Mr. Basayev says that he will have to kill more Russian children, not just Russian adults, but their school children. Bad, evil, monstrous, all those words come to mind. It is the worst thing for Basayev and his "cause" that he could had said. And the Russians don't have the ACLU.
The Russians captured 3 of the Beslan murderers, and immediately afterward we saw one of them on TV crying that he wanted to live. I wonder how he and the other 2 are doing, because I don't think we've heard another word about their fates....
I'll have the Basayev, a split-rail fence, some duct tape and a pellet gun. Oh, and fire ants.
The pellet gun is because I don't want Basayev to die quickly and mercifully; I want him to feel each and every one of the children he has killed. I have lots of pellets. I'll leave the final resolution to him and the fire ants.
How much you want to bet some Freepers are cheering this monster?

And how did this pondscum respond when the children and their parents were crying that they wanted to live?
To the Russians: Kill him. Find him and kill him. Now. And his henchmen.
Show them the same mercy shown to those poor children, their teachers and parents.
Their record will be waiting for them when they stand before the one true God.

I don't give a d*** how much someone hates someone else, when they target children they are the lowest of the low!
Have you really seen FReepers cheering what happened? I'd be surprised they didn't get a monster ZOT for it.
Mostly they claim Putin was behind it. All a KGB scam-like saying the CIA did 9/11.

Hiding in the hills of Chechnya? And Wesley Clark was urging us to intervene in Bosnia, again? I guess Clark really is sorry he missed his chance to start a war with Russia.
This is such obvious evidence of the psychopathology of this bottomfeeder. I hope Israel has taught the Russians a Lot of new technologies and tricks which enable them to turn this excuse for a human being into a small blob of smoke and dust.
