DENVER -- Colorado Gov. Bill Owens has removed an online pamphlet from the state Web site that offered advice in Spanish to illegal immigrants on living and working in Colorado.
Titled "¡Entérese!" which means "Inform Yourself," the 50-page pamphlet was posted on the Colorado Department of Education Web site until Monday, when the governor's office had it removed after criticism from advocates for tighter borders.

Ever so slowly, a little at a time, the tide is turning. Every little bit helps. We really need federal help, but that's NEVER going to happen if Bush gets his way.

Should have turned years ago. The American born children of these illegal alien invaders are already making a dent. They should never have been allowed to be citizens. This is unfair to every legal immigrant

Now let's see if the Gov is really serious about illegal immigrants or is just paying lip service the anti-Hispanics by taking some symbolic actions.
If he is serious he can order his state troopers ti investigate and bust people who employ illegal aliens.
Thanks to the Bush administration, state and local law enforcement officers now are authorized to enforce immigration laws.

That governor must have heard from a huge amount of pi$$ed of voters to do this. That pamplet should have never been on the web in the first place nor even printed.

I went back and read the article. This pamplet was worse than Mexico's comic book. No wonder every state is going broke due to this invasion.

Careful! Not "anti-Hispanic"; it's "pro-enforcement". We are only against the illegals.-

You know, saying that "cracking down on illegal immigration is anti-Hispanic" is about the same as saying that "cracking down on crack cocaine is anti-black".
The latter has been heard from the loony left before.

When you think about it, being pro-Mexican illegal immigration is decidedly racist itself. It presumes only Mexicans can break every law while every other country and race is held to a higher standard.
