Sounds like most of what you know about her past comes from a Google search. There are no websites defending Marsden on the Internet, because people went to court demanding that she not be allowed to write about them. The CBC, which did a documentary on "Right Wing Media" that featured Al Franken breaking down in tears while talking about the Iraq War rehashed the allegations against Marsden in the same piece. But there's a problem here: News in Canada is censored by the left. They don't HAVE guaranteed free speech. Making phone calls to a much older guy for a month after he dumps you is not "stalking," and we'll never know what happened with her swim coach, because she is not allowed to talk about it. Bill O'Rielly respects her enough to use her.
In fact I was in Vancouver when the whole sorry story of her accusing her swim coach of sexual harrasment to try and get him fired when it was Marsden who was harrassing him. Then years later more harrasment (CRIMINAL harrasment is what she was convicted of)of another innocent person.
This woman is a fruitcake - we do ourselves a disservice by defending her simply because she shares our views about politics.
