Has Hill O' Beans chimed in yet, or is she still fainting?

I actually haven't watch today.... I don't think she has but she still has tomorrow to work her magic.

Mainly I think they wanted to keep Judge Gonzales from appearing tonight at the SOTU speech as a sitting member of the cabinet... jmo.
