Tenure should be dealt with immediately. How many of you have a guarantee concerning your job? Tenure seems to be protecting some of the most vicious individuals among us, giving them power over one of our most vunerable groups, our young adults, who need grades to get that piece of paper which will help them survive in life. The time is now for colleges, universities and academic boards to address this.

How about obtaining the job under false pretenses in the first place? Churchill applied for a teaching post as an Affirmative Action hire, claiming to be of Native American descent. A total of eleven Native Americans applied, two were interviewed, one (Churchill) got the post.

But he apparently has nary a drop of Indian blood coursing through his veins. I.e., the man is a fraud.

That should be ample cause.
