I just got back to my desk. The very first thing I noticed in the picture was the vest. That tells it all.

Does not look anything like the ones that I have seen our guys wear.

But you know we may have had to borrow vests from some other country since we sent our men and women into battle unequipped, if you catch my drift. :)
