Well, he's been on the government dole his entire adult life--he knows how to get it for others?

Think what you will of him but he does have enough 'on his resume' to run a bureaucracy. Like being Governor and POTUS

Clinton certainly has an impressive resume. Running the largest government in the world qualifies him from a resume standpoint to run anything. And compared to some of the other thugs running things in the U.N. Clinton almost looks quite reasonable.
