Senate has just started debate on Gonzales nomination for AG..Spector is leading off..he's just awful..not sure if he's speaking for or against the nomination..Debate is supposed to end today, with a vote also today...
Any info on who wrote the memo?
Listening to Hatch..doing a great job..but this is what Spector is supposed to be doing..Frist and McConnell must be having agina right about now..if the Dems can do this to an AG nominee..what will they do to the judicial appointments..

Also, Gonzales is reputed to be a friend of Bush.
We really need to find an AG who is an avowed enemy of Bush.
If we can find one, we can look over a little torture thingee.

When I saw the picture, the uniform didn't look right to me.
I'll say..flat out...for the record..climbing out on my limb..without a safety net, that Spector will soon step down from the SJC chair...there is NO way in hell the leadership can let this continue..

When I read your post earlier I actually typed up a response saying I had expected Nancy Pelosi to join in, reprising the Nancy and Harry show from yesterday. Well, Rush just ended his show saying Pelosi will be joining Reid in the response.
