My point is that he wants the AWB law back in force.It doesn't much matter what he wants, does it? The Senate and House make the laws and it's not going to happen, just like we all told you it wasn't going to happen, but you swore it would.

Don't think so...it's in the public domain...though the defendant is presumed innocent, police investigation, arrest, then DA's decision to prosecute are presumptions of some indication of guilt..
