Lame. For $50, you could go to the sports bar and actually see the game. You wouldn't have to mortgage anything. I predict that this guy will shortly file bancruptcy and force me to pay for his bad debt.

The Eagles will lose so catastrophically that he'll sue the Eagles for mental anguish, the stadium for allowing such a game to be played, the airlines and hotel for allowing him to purchase tickets and reserve a room...

Not if they are using their home as security. The lender would foreclose on the home.
