Sorry, O. It turned out it was a tape of a presser a bit earlier. The Prez was with his cabinet and the press was allowed a few questions. The Prez patiently explained, when asked about cutting programs for the poor and disadvantaged, that they had targeted programs that are not getting results and that the poor and disadvantaged ought to be asking why the programs weren't working. Heheheh
