Hmmmm. I am unfamiliar with this guy...was he truly anti-war? If so, a very important column.

Mark Brown is an unabashed liberal. I nearly spit my coffee reading this.

OK, so this guy and his ilk fought against everything Bush tried to do throughout this entire war experience, making Bush's project even more difficult with their intransigence, undoubtedly causing a greater loss of American soldier's lives than was necessary, trashed Bush at every opportunity, voted against Bush and for the Democrat ass, then, when Bush's triumph paid for in American blood is absolutely undeniable, maybe then, why he just might possibly maybe have to give Bush credit.

I would look this ass right in the eye and say "F**k you!

Many Liberals like the ideas of freedom and democracy too. It's their hatred against Bush that makes them blind... However, I think only the hard core Bush haters that were not moved by the images from Iraqi election.

Never heard of him. You can bet this will get deep-sixed real quick.

No doubt there are quite a few 'Mark Brown's' out there thinking the same thing. But you know, as well as I, that the Democrat Party and the MSM has 'bet-the-house' on Iraq to fail... to become our second Viet Nam and send the Republican Party into oblivion.

Instead of giving Bush praise yesterday for the successful elections, they drafted a 'Pre-buttal' speech for his State-of-the-Union aaddress.

Sedition... once decided upon... is impossible to stop.

    It proves three things.
  1. Freedom is contagious.
  2. Liberals have the capacity to find truth, repent, and change.
  3. President Bush was, and is, right about a foreign policy of liberty.

No liberal, even this one, will accept any outcome in Iraq short of ignominious defeat and resurgent America Hatred.

Liberals are racists and believe that Democracy is unnatural for nonwhite people unless managed and guided by white Liberals so that democracy is only an illusion to allow the inferior people to think they have something that they will have great gratitude to liberals for.

If Brown is on the level, it must be hard for him...and a courageous thing to do. Maybe others will follow suit. Maybe the libs will turn on him.

"It's hard to swallow, isn't it? " Mark Brown writes.

How easy it is for those of us living in freedom to be so nonchalant about someone else's oppression. After all, we don't have to worry about being shot on the way to the shopping mall to purchase Eddy Bauer or Kate Spade; on the way to dinner because we have a reservation at the poshest restaurant in town on Friday night at 7:30 pm; or just on the way home to sleep in a bed with clean sheets, air conditioning, and an alarm system.

What arrogance of someone to not want freedom for someone else.
